too funny!

happy birthday johnny!

today it's John's birthday. I am a terrible wife because I forgot! theoretically speaking I knew it was Sunday but we'd decided to celebrate it in October and so, I forgot. i think I get the bad wife award for this year.

On the flip side...I think he gets the best husband award. I am so grateful that he was put into my life. i think i'm the luckiest lady in the world.

(Oh, I also couldn't remember how old he turned today. for some reason I thought he is 2 years younger than he is)

I finally finished it (sorta!)

I've been tinkering around with a book about our Feinauer Family Reunion since we got back in July but I kept getting de-railed. then, I came away for a scrapbook retreat at my friend Karen's house and I finished not one book but two. I designed a 12x12 basic version of the family reunion and an 8x8. amazing how much I can do with out so many distractions in my life.

I think they turned out cute! Although I may end up going back and cutesifying them!

more LUAU

Luau

tonight was our activity girls LUAU! We have one ever year usually right before school starts. this year we decided to have it after school starts and have it as our mother/daughter activity. We had Hawaiian haystacks for dinner and sherbet for dinner and we played games. the Limbo is always a favorite and it was this year...but, it was won by our tiniest activity girl, desi. she's so tiny she just walked under the bar most of the time. We always have a good time @ our Luau's. This is only about 1/2 the pictures. I'll try to upload more later.
