So, it is the time of year to make New Year's resolutions. Making resolutions is easy. Making them stick is hard. So, I thought I'd use my blog as a way to keep myself accountable this year. how do you keep yourself accountable?
Last week in Sunday school they passed out a piece of paper and they had us tear it in half. We then wrote down 5 goals for this year in the following areas: 1 Social 2 physical 3 mental 4 Familial We wrote them on both pieces of paper and one was sealed up in an envelope for the Bishop to open next year at Tithing settlement and we kept the other. It was purely voluntary but I like the idea of answering in a year how well I have done. I am keeping my copy in my scripturs. I also liked having the categories because it made me think more varied and specific.
Like what I said? leave a message dislike what I said? please don't leave a message indifferent to what I said? It's up to you Have a different opinion? Share it!
Mine is to put some time into my day for me!! I really want to start taking better care of myself.
